7e. How hard is it to cancel the subscription?

For Dechef Subscriptions, it's essential to raise a refund request within 14 days of your subscription date, if you're not satisfied or haven't used the service. No refunds request will be considered, in any case, after the 14 days. All refund request will be considered with your first time subscription only. Refund requests for month-to-month subscriptions may be approved for a pro-rated monthly payment or one monthly payment. Refund requests for quarterly, bi-annual, or annual subscriptions will be calculated based on the remaining subscription term, less the cost of the subscription used to date. Promotional pricing will no longer apply.

Please note that refunds typically require 3-5 working days to reflect in the original payment method used. Additionally, the processing time for refunds is 7–10 working days.

We may consider refunds in exceptional cases, at our discretion, subject to a 5% administrative fee. Once a payment is processed, the service continues until the subscription period ends, unless a refund is granted.

7f. Can I pause my account if I don't have a lot of requests to make?

Certainly, email us your concern “why do you want the subscription to be paused?” on support@dechef.in and upon genuine concern, we pause your subscription.

However, the maximum pause period is limited to 15 days and after that, the subscription will start from our end.

7g. Can I get a refund if I haven't used my account recently?

For Dechef Subscriptions, it's essential to raise a refund request within 14 days of your subscription date, if you're not satisfied or haven't used the service. No refunds request will be considered, in any case, after the 14 days. All refund request will be considered with your first time subscription only. Refund requests for month-to-month subscriptions may be approved for a pro-rated monthly payment or one monthly payment. 8m. Can I resell any of the designs Dechef has created for me?

If you want to sell any designs created by your Dechef Team, just let our team know when you request the design. They will make sure the design is entirely yours to sell. For other designs you'll use for yourself and not sell, our team will either make them from scratch or use stock elements and photos, making sure you have the right licenses for them. If you provide materials that aren't licensed, we won't be responsible for any rights issues in the final design.

   • Within the "Orders" tab, locate the list of order IDs.
   • Select the specific order ID that is "In Review" status.
3. Navigate to Order Details:
   • Open & scroll down to access the order details.
4. Add Revisions:
   • At the bottom of the order details, you will find a message box.
   • Add all necessary design revisions within message box.
5. Send Revisions:
   • Once you've added the revisions, click the "Send Message" button to send the revisions for review for particular order.
